Bunker is a development and construction-management business based in Sevenoaks. We manage new builds and major renovations for private clients on property they own or are buying, and develop homes of our own, often with landowners.
Its co-founders are Laura Sykes, who grew up in Sevenoaks, and Ging Cheung. They started out as retail analysts and went on to lead growth and commercial at Sparesbox, the online car-parts retailer, through to its exit. They bring the same discipline to every project: close to the numbers, clear about decisions, and there from the first conversation to handover.
Every Bunker project runs through BankBuild, so you can see where things stand at any time: what has been done, what comes next, what has been committed and spent, and any decision that is waiting on you.
It doesn't need to be worked out. We work across Sevenoaks and its villages, Tunbridge Wells and the Surrey Hills.
